Unlike Mention Rate, Share of Voice is not a weighted metric. Each AI response is counted equally, regardless of the platform on which it appears. - Responses mentioning your brand includes any AI response that references your brand
- Total brand mentions includes mentions of all tracked competitors across the same prompts and responses
